DR. TOM COOPER

Tom is a conscientious and caring dentist who takes great pride in the quality of his work. He believes strongly in 'gentle dentistry' and is very understanding towards those who suffer from dental anxiety.

Tom graduated from the University of Queensland in 2006 with honours. He joined the David Cox team in 2008 after spending time working in a variety of rural practice settings along the central Queensland coast including; Gladstone, Boyne Island, Rockhampton and Biloela. He enjoys all areas of general dentistry with his main interest being oral surgery.

He has performed a range of oral surgical procedures both in the dental surgery and under general anaesthetic. Tom is currently completing accreditation to become a laser dentist and is keen to expand his training to include the placement of implants.

Outside work he enjoys travel, keeping fit, reading, homebrewing and spending time with his mates and girlfriend.
